Artist's Comments

-I have always looked out from behind these eyes-

The final shot of this collection, I hope you've enjoyed it.
It's more personal to me than I'd like to believe.

i love this shot
the coloring is absolutely gorgeous,
and i can't help but feel that the machine is alive.
it seems almost sad.

I like this one. It does not confuse me like the others do.

We are.
Don't worry, it's only a lifetime.

Thanks for your comments, it took me a bit to get everything just right. I shot about 30 exposures at different angles and such to get the 4 (5) I really liked.

Most people only anthropomorphisize things casually, to me, everything is alive and breathing and as real as any carbon-based life.
That sounds lame and new-agey but whatever.

foofs says my art is very literal, I don't think this series has been but maybe it is to spite me.
Or at least bluntly aliteral or naively aliteral. I'm not sure I'm good with it.

i like it
something i don't find often.(yourideas)

i actually got in an argument once,
because i said that one couldn't prove that rocks have no emotion.

Well, really, you can't proove ANYTHING but that's getting into extremes of philosophy.

I mean, how do you know things? How do you know yourself?
Your own perception? Other's perception of you?
Perception is a bullshit item but everyone seems to validate it as being the thing to beat.
