Well, I got back the estimate for repairing my Nikon FT2 and it's way, way more than the camera is "worth." $250~ I could get a newer body from KEH for that and still have left over.

I'm not sure what to do. I *will* get it repaired but not right now. Romantic nostalgia is something I just can't afford at the moment.

I probably should've done something for the event.

Anyway, I've got some chromes developed and I did have them shittily scanned by a Frontier but they came out beyond unusable. I bitched at Coleen at Southbridge Photo (they're nice there) and she said she'd have a look at them.

I know something is up because I've got better scans from the drug store and they have a shittier machine. Some old Noritsu.

I'm probably going to gain full time access to the Minolta slide scanner I used to use. It's very old and probably in need of a douche but it's more than adequate. No ICE though.
